"Why The Stars Are Not Connected", by Nicholas Copyright © 2000, Age 8 Once there was a bird that put stars in the sky. He made pictures but they were not connected. So the bird tied a rope around the stars so they looked connected. But he tied the rope too loose and soon the rope fell off. He did not notice this because he was in bed. The next morning he did not notice this but humans did. They wondered why the stars were not connected because they heard of birds creation and they heard that he attached them. The humans asked the bird why the stars were not connected. He said, "What? I put a rope on the stars to connect them!" The humans went away.
