Writing endless poems
or saying "I love you" all the time
expressing what's right
why is that such a crime

Why can't you say you love me
or hold me all night
why are you so scared
to express what's right.

To communicate with each other
to know how each one feels
for us to make love
we need to know it's real.

For us to still be together
only we can know
if we are meant to be
please make it show.
