I don't want you alone

I want to know that you'll be fine
And not do anything crazy tonight
I know you're going through a rough time
And this is new to you 'cause you've been lucky
But I know this is gonna pass

And I want you to get a good night's sleep tonight
You can settle down rest your emotions
Just promise me to get some sleep

You've got problems from the past, a situation from before
You're looking too deep but you'd go crazy if you kept it inside
You're confused and you emotionally abuse yourself
There are others to support you too
I want you to get more help than I can give you

But I don't know what to do
