"How I Treasure You Lori", by Michael Moore Copyright © October 19, 2000
I treasure the things I have found with you,
I treasure what you have given to me,
What life would be like without you close to me.
To hold you tight to kiss you good night,
To tell you I love you when all seems not right.
To cry a tear when all else fails there you are,
To tell me a tale, a tale of what's all right,
A tale that is true, the things that you say to me
I forget about being blue,
Blue like the sky, blue like the sea,
All that amounts for the love you give to me.
When I look at the stars and the moon in the sky,
Reminds me of the things I feel for you,
how far I would travel to be next to you.
Past the moon and the stars in the sky,
to stand next to you and never say good bye.
To be the one that holds you tight, to be with the one
that everything feels right - that's what you are to me.
The one that makes me feel so complete, and how much I love you, I can never explain.
But when I say I love you and kiss you on the lips,
all the love I have is true and complete.
